I brought KDB in for Sanchez this week. Why do FFFix think he won't start? He came through the Estonia match with no problems.

Skip - I am happy to volunteer for Chief Press Officer duties; which I assume means bigging us up on FFS and yanking the chains of the other teams. Any dirt team mates can provide for me to work with will be gratefully received. I will make the rest up! Perfect Lord - that would be fantastic!

KDB could be a good shout. I only realised afterwards I had left him out of our poll. Still prefer Kun if starting though.
Sanchez away record is generally good and united haven't been convincing at the back. His flag has gone so assume he will be good to start then?
I'm doubling up on WBA defence this week and may over their upcoming good fixtures. Sunderland yet to keep a clean sheet this season and with Snodgrass back in the team I expect Hull to have a decent chance of nicking one.

Lord - if Aguero isn't fit, I like KDB as a captain choice. He's certainly the player I'm most worried about not owning, think he could get double figure haul this week. Also, if you're playing Pickford I may double up with Foster. Can't decide between the two anyway. Boss, if you've any objections with the Baggies double up, just shout. Great work Kelvin. Captain picks are gonna make a big difference huh? Grubs...for this week, the captain pick is probably a toss up betweek Lukaku and Kun. Captain poll in FFS has Kun leading. Both of them will be up against leaky defences. Wont be surprised if their team will spilt the captains between these two players to diversify the risk. Looking at the game after the last IB, GW8, Phoenix team had 5 Sanchez (SWA) and 3 Kun (EVE) as capts.

I've come up with a spreadsheet of Team Phoenix. Will be email-ing you guys soon. Let me know what else can be improved about the spreadsheet.
(i) 2 of their team have taken -4 and 1 has taken -8 for GW12 (ii) 3 have yet to make their transfers for GW12 (iii) All of them favours 3-4-3 formation (iv) All teams have Luk + Kun (GW11) (v) 6 teams have Sanchez (GW11) (vi) No teams have Costa (GW11) (vii) Only one team has Haz (GW11)
As mentioned in earlier posts, Luk and Kun will be their choices for captains this week. Even though Sanchez came through Chile's match unscathed, match against Utd and also the timing of the game makes him an unlikely choice of captain.
Cheers

Wow this is tough. Hard enough choosing my own transfers but selecting our team for this week is intense.
The squad submission deadline is midnight Friday uk time. Unfortunately this is 8am Saturday where I am and I have a work function on Friday afternoon so don't want to be leaving the decision for next morning in case I sleep in after a big night on the turps.
So going to try and finalise squad this time tomorrow. Earlier than I would like as I usually enjoy having Saturday afternoon to spend an hour checking last minute data and making the final decisions.
At the moment it's Grubs and Elmes definitely starting. Unfortunately Kelvin is going to sit this week out due to 8 point hit and lack of Aguero up front. Really appreciate the information you have gathered on your scouting mission - it's been really helpful.
As far as the rest of us go it's tough. Quick summary of the analysis so far before I look at latest injury information tomorrow.
Mr CALM - 4 point hit taken and only one playing sub Lord - Fletcher/Barrow look weak Ryan - 4 point hit taken and no Lukaku Hooky - no Chelsea cover, double arsenal and Liverpool midfield with tricky looking away fixtures Grandthibauto - no aguero
There isn't much in it and it could come down to a coin toss in the end.
I am going to sleep on this and take a fresh look tomorrow.
Cheers

No worries capt...Let me know what other scouting you need for this GW. Once the fixtures are out, I'll start to scout on the next opposition.

Hi all
Not made my transfer this week yet but team is likely to be
Pickford/Heaton (not decided yet) Brunt, Pieters, McAuley Sanchez, Walcott, Firmino, Coutinho Kun(c), Lukaku, Austin (Amat, Holebas, Hojbjerg)
If Wenger says Sanchez is unlikely to play then I'll ship him for Hazard for a hit.
I'm happy to be benched this week as my midfield all have tough away fixtures and I have 4 South Americans who could have limited minutes. Happy to go with whatever the captain thinks though.

Hooky - it looks pretty good to me, but you never know what managers will do after the IB. Fortunately we have Mr CALM to take the strain.
BTW the latest scouting report on the Philistines has just come in. My sources are considerably more dodgy than Kelvin's but I will write it up on FFS after the scoutcast.

Lallana being out is good news for Coutinho owners I think.
Good work Lord, keep it up :-)
