Lord it is absolutely painful decision deciding who is going to be on our bench this week. The time difference is an absolute killer for me. After 8 hours of pints I'm forced into making the decision now to avoid missing the deadline in the morning.
Anyway decision is that Lord and Alex will be shoutin us on from bench this week. It's a squad effort and hopefully we can do the biz again.
In terms of captain shouts I am happy for us to make the call that suits our teams. I will assess tomorrow's team news in making the Final decision for my squad.
Cheers

I am not sure that there is any point in looking for a consensus on the Captaincy this week. There are too many promising options and, while I would be very happy to follow team orders this week, I am not sure that there is anything to be gained by putting our eggs in one basket. Personally, I would rather trust us to take them in a straight fight. And then we have the Aguero factor, and on this I would be grateful for advice. If it looks as if he will play I will save the transfer and probably move him and Barrow out for Kane/Defoe in GW13. If we collectively think it is too risky to assume he will play this week, I would be prepared to ship him for Costa/Kane or possibly even Ibra this week. The skipper's decision on who plays this week is also a key factor. If you want me to save my transfer, sit on the bench, and keep my 2FTs for GW14, that will be fine by me. Some good points made, i agree i think we can do our own thing and take them in a straight fight. I haven't seem the Team news from City but if Aguero is a doubt i think I will captain one for the Pool boys, I would hate Aguero to be rested and make a 10 minute cameo

I'm confident in another win

It takes the pressure off me this week, but if anyone has any advice on the Kun situation, I would still be pleased to receive it.

I for one am very happy that our skipper can drink pints for 8 hours and still be able to manage our team :-)

Hi guys, it's been an absolute nightmare of a week at work, first time I'm home before midnight this week. Apologies for the lack of activity, hope everyone is good. I'm looking at;
Foster Fuchs Amat Holebas Coutinho (C) Firmino Hazard Capoue Costa Lukaku Aguero
Pickford Allen McAuley Pieters. Really undecided on defense, open to suggestions. 2FTs. .1ITB. Might do Lukaku to Austin. Keep the other. Looking at Aguero and a defender to Kane and Alonso next week.

Deadline already? I haven't taken a hit this week but also done no transfer at all so far.
Heaton
Alonso Holebas Kingsley Sanchez Hazard Firmino Coutinho Gundogan Aguero Austin
Subs: Wilson Amat Pieters 1FT
All my defenders have decent fixtures so it doesn't matter if Kingsley doesn't start I'll have a solid sub. Same goes if Gundogan doesn't start. Quite happy with Wilson as a sub despite the tough fixture.

Latest Scouting Report
If Jonty is true to his word about taking hits this week as he's been discussing in FFS then he and Sjauden (took -8) will be sitting this week out.

I've gone Wilson to Austin at the end. So my team is starting to look better now. Will be benching Stones.

Captain Polls not working here. So who are your captains? Going with Firmino all the way.

Any last minute news on Kun? Hovered on the Zlatan move but the game is on too late for me to watch on Sunday here so decided against.
I am thinking of holding back on a transfer this week as a single hit next week would give me 3 transfers to really shake things up coming into the silly season. My low cost defence has some potential with reasonable looking fixtures again and midfield looks good to go even with Capoue starting due to home fixture and goal last week. I'm hoping Koeman has Lukaku fired up for what I expect to be a fiery game at St Mary's and Defoe might get a couple of chances with Liverpool going for the kill at home. Fingers crossed Kun starts as my bench fodder not fantastic.
My team as it sits:
Foster (Pickford) Evans Holebas Amat (Pieters) (Francis) Capoue Hazard (C)outinho Sanchez(VC) (Allen**) Aguero* Defoe Lukaku

I have decided to go with (C)outinho (with Hazard as Vice Captain), and am planning to Stick with Aguero this week. If he doesnt play or bombs I will probably move him out for Kane tonight, and decide later what to do with the 2nd FT. Good luck all.
